Any grievance can be filed with SDI management responsible for SDI accountability.

We will respond within 10 business days of receipt, and all claims will be filed and included in project monitoring.
SDI will assist with local conflict resolution and grievance redress mechanisms that are developed with the participation of the affected communities in culturally appropriate ways and will ensure adequate representation from vulnerable or marginalised groups and subgroups.
