Slum Dwellers International is committed to ensuring the highest standards within all aspects of its work. 

We seek to continually exceed expectations with regard to our responsibilities to donors, partners, project participants and all individuals within the SDI Network. 

To ensure that any stakeholder or other party has access to report any concern with relation to an actual, potential or perceived contravention of good governance and practice, including our conflict of interest, safeguarding or whistleblowing practices, please observe the process and contact information below.

If you observe or are exposed to misconduct from SDI, its staff, volunteers, or any of SDI’s partners, it is very important to report any suspected concerns immediately. SDI is committed to fully investigating all concerns internally or through an appropriate third party.  All complainants may opt to remain anonymous, and SDI is committed to protecting the complainant’s identity upholding the greatest respect for confidentiality and privacy.

You may report any concerns via email to grievance@sdinet.org. SDI will respond within 10 days of the complaint, providing, as appropriate, a description of the action taken in response to the complaint or grievance.
